Craig Charak, Chief Operating Officer |
As COO for BizConnectNow,
Craig will oversee all operations and apply his highly
developed problem solving, conflict resolution and
negotiation skills to the day-to-day running of the
business.
Craig has diversified managerial experience in small
business financial consulting and over 20 years in law
enforcement, providing him with the knowledge and
capabilities to provide the proper operational structure
to the business. He spent the last eight years
coordinating the creation of the BizConnectNow concepts,
including managing the various IT personnel responsible
for building the BizConnectNow.com site. In addition,
Craig was the President of CDY & Associates, a
computer and networking consulting company as well as
being a partner with CET, LLC – a small business
financial consulting firm.
Craig also dedicated 20 years to the law enforcement
arena, fulfilling a variety of responsibilities
including Tactical Unit Officer, Crime Scene
Investigations, and Firearms/Use of Force
Instructor. |

Tracy McDaris, Design and
Advertising Director |
Tracy leads the
creative team responsible for the BizConnectNow website
build-out and maintaining brand identity in all creative
areas of the company. In addition, Tracy manages the
growing advertising division of BizConnectNow.
Previously, Tracy leveraged her education in
business and design by selling advertising to small- and
medium-sized businesses for Donnelly RHD, Ameritech and
SBC where she handled more than $1million in sales
annually. |

Erik Heuser, Founder,
Director |
Serves BizConnectNow.com as one of
the Board of Directors. Erik's strategic and financial
experience was instrumental in the development of the
BizConnectNow website and with the strategic direction
of the company. Since 2004, Erik has worked as a
Corporate Vice President of Investments for one of the
world's largest residential development firms. Previous
to this role, Erik was a Vice President of a leading
consulting firm to the real estate development
industry—serving in a business development and
consultant capacity as the company's proprietary
software tools were employed and sold outright within a
business model that is quite similar to
BizConnectNow.com. Erik started his career with one of
the nation's largest mortgage banking firms; eventually
serving as Vice President of Acquisitions and employing
underwriting models at the residential portfolio level
which are, again, not dissimilar to those of
BizConnectNow.com. |
